Gals and Guys,

As alot of us here on this forum are the "Captain's" of our Vessels .... yesterday at approximently 3:35 pm EST "US Air" Captain Chesley "Sully" Sullenberger and the Captains of the local NY Waterways Ferries demostrated what it is to be "A CAPTAIN" .... threir talent and actions along w/ the "First Responders" allowed 150 passengers + 5 crewmembers to go home that night to their families ... alive.

Capt "Sully" after the landing in the Hudson personally inspected the cabin not once but twice for anyone left behind before leaving the cabin himself. The Ferry Captains upon witnessing the water landing immediately left their docks and went to render assistence arriving "On-Scene" in only minutes, thereby saving many passengers from hypothermia from being in contact w/ 35-40F water.

So if you ever need an example on how you are to conduct yourself as a "Captain" ... all you need to do is follow these Captains examples ...
