Jake,
If you use a higher temp pre-preg and ramp up the cure to 110 - 120degC in the last few hours of the cure cycle I expect the softening would not occurr.
I know that the voices in my head aint real,
but they have some pretty good ideas.
There is no such thing as a quick fix and I've never had free lunch!
