The Mozzie Tuning Guide reflects the 35% and also has a tolerance of +/- 2%. I don't think I have ever checked my fibrefoam battens. I just assumed they would be correct with a stiff trailing section.

Oh well, that's another thing to put on the "to do" list.
The spread doesn't appear to be too drastic however the 41.4% batten appears to be a bit beyond the normal spread.
I suppose the ultimate test for you is putting the battens in the sail then laying the yacht on its side (represents wind loading) with your normal sail and mainsheet settings and checking where the maximum depth occurs.
Does you Mozzie have noticeable weather helm ? Having the depth too far aft would produce this.
