Texas has great bootmakers and hats ... and I know you have plenty of Beef in Texas .... but the secret to a Philly Cheese Steak is not the Beef .... it's the ROLL. So I have to ask, where are you going to find a Philly Roll in the great state of Texas. Cheese Wiz is only used by venders in Philly selling to tourists ... swiss cheese is just verboten!!! ... and "French Bread" doesn't cut it!!! either ...

Now we here in Philly don't claim to make any kind of Barbeque ... or Maryland Crab Cakes ... or New Orleans Jambalay .... so ....

As Rocky would say "Yo, what's youz doing ... it's the roll ... Adrian go to Sarcone's and get Doug some real South Philly rolls".

Now those hot Tomalleys in the roasted corn husks .... Ya good. My friend flys home from business trips to Houston with those .....
