Looks like a compass ring out of a Cracker Jacks box . I found a compass in a box of old gear today. I'll just duct tape it to the mast and be done with it. Crazy, useless rule . The compass rule was waived at the recent NAF18's. Along with the paddle and towline. The exact wording was in the NOR and on the official notice board (hint, hint).

Karen Ann will be writing up the final schedule draft this weekend and doing an eBlast to all who are already registered. Lots of meals and entertainment are on hand.

Looks like the event will be closer to 50 boats given all the buzz about who is coming. We're already over the 40 milestone unofficially. If you haven't registered already, please do so to help with planning purposes. You'll also get Karen Ann's eBlast before it's posted.
