If its an F18 it should have been weighed and have valid measurement certificate already
There is only 1 boat in the US with a valid measurement cert. I suspect the Canadians are in a similar situation. This has been an extremely tough nut to crack in the US.
So you guys are going to measure, weight, and certify +/-50 cats & sails before the event?
I'm assuming you cant compete without a valid measurement certificate?
