More details on the trailing session:
9-12: inside seminar in main building
1pm: 2 or 3 practice races (very short ones)
after that back to the main clubhouse for debriefing for an hour or so.
The practice races won't start until 1500 (3 pm). The PRO (me) won't be there in time to get things organized much sooner.
