Try changing out your valve stems first. They only cost about $3.00 and with a little soapy water and some effort you can probably fix the problem if its a slow leak.

Did it with one that came with my boat, the schrader valve was corroded and wouldn't seal completely. Cut the old ones off, slapped some new ones in and haven't had a problem since.
