software (and slow customer service over a long weekend) problem:
No sir. The discontent here is about control. USS controls sailing and ignores its members. That signals a desire for autocratic as opposed to democratic control.
USS is making enemies it need not have.
…USS is… merely pursuing an autocratic course of administration and has no intention of being answerable to the membership.
