I'm pretty sure the snipers would take me out for rolling a boat over the dune. They have a 30' exclusion zone where you can't even put a chair near a dune...yet, you can drive on the beach. There is no beach access wide enough for a boat within several miles.

Wait, if I can drive on the beach (with a permit)...hmmm.
