Several years ago I rented a Playcat from Raging Water Sports there (
http://www.ragingwatersports.com/). It appeared they had some beachfront property populated with chairs and other stuff, in addition to some of those floating docks. May be at least worth the time to consult with them on space (no doubt at a price).
Cool...I'll give them a call. I didn't see any apparent beach access from the satellite photo so I didn't think to call them.
Ideally, I want to be within range of our rental house so I can sail the boat up to the beach house to use it for a couple of days (and back to the launch for the night). That place is about 10 miles from there so that's pretty doable if they can accomodate it.
