Several years ago I rented a Playcat from Raging Water Sports there (http://www.ragingwatersports.com/). It appeared they had some beachfront property populated with chairs and other stuff, in addition to some of those floating docks. May be at least worth the time to consult with them on space (no doubt at a price).
