Jamie never intended to race the Worrell this year. He's working as the captain of an 82' Bristol leadmine currently in Houston. His co-skipper from last year, John Tomko from San Antonio, has joined forces with former 3rd sailor John Oliveira to try their luck this year as Team San Antonio (www.teamsa.com). They have a new boat (in addition to Tomko's own boat, which will be the designated spare again this year) and what looks like a really strong team. I was supposed to be pusher/boat fixer, and had originally accepted the position, but work and school will prevent me from going.
