You have to set your local time as an offset from the forum time.

If you scroll right to the bottom of the Main Index page, on the bottom left is a box of Extra Information. At the bottom of that is a Current Adjusted Date link which tells you what your current setting is. All you need to do is note how far out it is then click the link which takes you to your personal display preferences page. Change the time offset according to the amount of offset you require, hit Submit and your time is adjusted.
