#5 for me, although it was not hardware failure. It was a deep gash along my shin (lower leg) from the trailing edge of the daggerboard when I slipped off the board. This was on a N5.5 Sloop, bot the Blade - but the same would happen.

I'd figure a way out to right without getting on the boards.
