At 170 lbs (77 kg) 6'1", I'm just on the verge of righting without aids. I require a bag with a bit of water hoisted to my waist. Unfortunately, tshan's trash bag righting method (forgot the acronym) is only good for 1 righting as the bag tends to burst on the next capsize.
