I got a nappy look alike trpeze harness for about $140(Aus) and well i didn't realy find it a nut cracker but i probaly had it to loose for it to do it. I tightened it up and dam was i in pain. It probaly looked quite funny since i was doing a 4hour race and i have only just started.

Then i went down the coast for training and w found lots of things wrond and well we replaced most of them but we had a look at a Hobie cat world full harness with spreader bar and thought it was great and shorlly enoght as soon as i got home i bought one. I tryed it out and loved it. The harness will not give you a nut cracker no matter how your trapezing. It was about $240(AUS) But its dam worth it. You will notice the olympic 18foot skiffs use them and well they bought the exact same thing but with out the hobie naming on it for $480 and well you can choose which one you want to buy. Have fun and make sure you try it on.
