Attached is photo of my new GP Kite, the wind was pretty light and due to my body language I was just either going into or out of a gybe. At Eurocat this Spi was fast. I felt that it was slightly faster than Pauls Landy and Johns GP Spi's due to being able to sail a fair bit lower whilst at the same time fractionally faster. It's also a great picture and could possibly be one of last of me sailing a Stealth as I have recently agreed to become the UK Agent for Catamaranparts (NL)

I've sailed twice with my GP kite; I'd say currently it's a bit faster than my old Landy one; it's flatter and needs driving hard; but I'll be interesting to see what happens when I sail it in the big stuff and light stuff. I have only sailed it in about 12mpg.
I'm sure that's one of Dermonts old kites as there's not a lot of difference in weight between a HOD35 and Spit <img src="http://www.catsailor.com/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> In this attachment I'm teaching my kids from a very early age what do with leadmine sails..... Cut them up and recycle them into something more useful i.e F16 Snuffers.
