Posts: 586 Hobart, Tasmania, Oz. | There was a spot on the news last night here talking about the water quality in Rio, Scientists were saying how heavily polluted the water is and they had an interview with Nathan Outeridge, He said it was a difficult choice between avoiding debris in the water and avoiding the tide. He said he has seen everything from plastic bags to furniture... the Olympics certainly bring out a mixed bag of venues for the sailors. GLWT!

A 14th as a throw away is a promising sign. Two years remain. and we definitely hope to see them in the Panhandle in late September. | | |
