Posts: 1,187 38.912, -95.37 | serial numbers The arrow in the photo of this link shows location of numbers for most Hobie models. It is engraved with a vibrating pencil in the gelcoat. No stamps or plates, look closely.

Posts: 1,658 Florida Suncoast, Dunedin Caus... | if the hulls were ever refinished then they could have been removed. .....or the transoms have been rebuilt. No big deal as long as a good job was done. Make sure the hulls and decks don't have any soft spots. That would be a bigger issue.
