You are missing a few blocks for your jib halyard and down haul, and a few stoppers for the traps, but with a few minutes and a couple of blocks you can straighten that out.
Jib first, there should be a block with beckett just like on that one trap wire, tied to the end of the jib halyard, and you run the line off the beckett through the block on the mast, then back up through the block on the halyard, then to that cleat you have the black line set in.
Downhaul, you should have a small double block which you can attach to your main at the tack, with a beckett, and you run the line from the beckett down to that little block on the mast, up through one side of the double on the tack, down through the block on the other side of the mast, up through the other side of the double, then down to that cleat on the mast.
Traps, first off, get the bungie cord off the metal ring, tie a small loop in the end of each red trap line, and clip the bungie cord to that loop, adjust lenght of tail to keep them snug when nobody is using them. You need another stopper on that one that doesn't have one.
OR...Take your boat to a regatta, buy a case of beer on the way, find someone with lots of spare parts, trade him the beer for the parts and have him rig it for you, then sail it! <img src="http://www.catsailor.com/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
