The new Hobie mid pole snuffer for the Tiger works very well - we tested it tonight and the kite glides in and out. The opening is slightly larger and squarer than the Performance hoop we used on our old boat. The bag is a mesh design that drains very easily, and the bolt rope for the bag is a snug fit in the hoop - unlike the recent incarnations of the Perfomance design where the bolt rope seems to pull out at the back (not that it seems to make any difference to how well it works).

Time will tell how well the bag and hoop hold up - but first impressions are very positive.
