It could well be. I keep tabs on rating systems but I can't find any website showing a newer version of the VYC handicaps then 2007, like this one :

This version is showing 71 as rating.

Do you know of a resource for the 2008 official VYC listing, if so then I would really like to have it. I archieve these things for possible future reference.
