We (the class) dont have a national association in Singapore or Malaysia. Before we have a national association there to submit a bid and run the event, I dont think it will happen.

Getting an association going in Singapore/Malaysia is something we really need! Not only becouse of the possibility of having a GC there but also becouse there are so many F16s there. Except for taipanfc and one other (ckuang?) we dont hear much from Singapore and it dont look like the local sailors are organizing to form a national association?


We have associations in the USA, GB, NL and AUS, so I think those are the countries where we will see GCs until some more come on line.
