From the 2002 Hobie catalog:
cams part number 10480000 $7 each
plungers should be good unless they melt 10440000 $2.80
Springs should be good to reuse 10430000 $5.65
Delrin Tension screw 60450000 $6.50 ea

Go ahead and burn them out. You can even drill most of them out with a big drill bit and then burn the rest out. You will need to chase the threads before putting the new tension screws in with a tap. I think it is a pipe thread but take the new screws with you go looking for the tap. Use marine grease when you put it back together and every year put a dab of marine grease between the plunger and the cam.
