I want to a blind bond the two hull half's together without cutting the deck out. So not only did I build up a flange around the entire hull perimeter but also on both sides of each bulkhead which are to be spliced down the center line. This might be common knowledge or maybe not...thought I would share as it seems to be one method to get a decent bond. Those bulkheads are already glassed with 5 layers of 2.3 oz glass even though only the two layers of 2”, 7oz tape shows.
