Lift weights 3 days a week. Run 2-3 times, swim if I have time after lifting.

Drink beer to keep the ballast up until I get to 180, then I stop drinking beer until I get to 170. Then I start drinking beer again. smile I'm almost 180, so I'm getting close to the stopping point right now. smile
