Anyone here developed a program that is working well for you outside of the 16 ounce arm curl?
I do 2 things to stay in shape for sailing (i am currently the same size jeans as i was at 18 and only about 5-10lbs heavier)
1. I got a dog and walk her 3-4x/day (lost about 20lbs when i started this)
2. i sail 3 days a week (for about 10-20 hours/week)
