My bottom line is to find a way to keep the format that the Alter Cup has have been using. What I suggested is using the same funds that have been used in the past. No fairy godmother required. Just another way to source the boats. The reason for the suggestion for supplied sail are two fold. borrowed sails would be the bigest variable and wear and tear on the sails is one of the biggest obstacals to chartering.
