The Texas City Dike water conditions could be compared to the ditch. When the wind is blowing directly out of the South at TCD you have protected waters 8 feet deep for 4 miles. Last weekend it was blowing 30 knots out of the North so the water was rough on the beach side. But during the Early Spring and late fall you can get some kick butt South winds with this smooth water. We should invite Nissan USA down to the dike to create another commercial.
