Rates at Sail Sand Point in Seattle are $3.25 per sq. ft per year plus $10.00. This works out to $426 per year for a Hobie 16 without trailer. See website www.sailsandpoint.org. This mast up storage is in locked compound, adjacent to Lake Washington, three ramps, 24hour access. Also includes access to locker and rest rooms. Cat Trax are provided for launching without trailer. Layout and directions are on website. There are about 160 boats in the compound, about one half are Catamarans. Space is available for 2007.

Storage lockers are available in the Main building. The rates for the lockable lockers are $50.00 for the small, $125.00 for the medium and $175.00 for the large lockers per year. The large lockers are big enough to store your boom and sails.
