Trailers are allowed in the Access/Storage area at Sail Sand Point. Since they take more space, the rates, based on the actual square foot used is higher. Storage at the boats is allowed. Some have sailboxes and containers at their boats. The storage lockers are limited, and sell out early.

All boats must be hand launched. The ramps are only 25ft from the boat storage area. You can hand launch from the trailer, Cat Trax, or dolly. There is a block and tackle system to launch the heavier boats.

At the Jericho Boating Center in Vancouver, BC, trailers are not allowed in the storage area. So far, Sail Sand Point has not limited the use of trailers in the storage area. You just pay for the space you use.
