Any idea what your new SCHRS rating might be?

I really don't know. I just enjoy the fact that I can still sail fairly competitively and not put too much strain on muscles and joints that are "getting on a bit". I can do that in the Spitfire.

Apart from the fact that the Spitfire is rated slower than the F18s and gets a few minutes on them, there is also the (unfair ?) advantage of being able to tuck in behind a F18 or 5.9SX and not have to fight past them before the finish line. A F18 covering a Spitfire up the last beat is a waste of time, they need to go for speed and open the gap.

Whatever the new number, I hope to be back out there at the end of March, enjoying my sailing.

In the meantime I'll just watch "The Match" on TV this afternoon <img src="http://www.catsailor.com/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
