I've not had a claim with them but have been quite happy with Progressive...they were the only people I called that actually had information or had ANY idea what a "Nacra F18" was in early 2005. I've been with them ever since and every year I don't have a claim, they drop 25% off my deductible. Price-wise, they were comparable with State Farm. I have a 23' monohull, my F18, and both trailers ensured with Progressive.
