Try SA as well, just ask for design help. I've an Italian designer if you'd like his contact information.

Posts: 2 | I've been stretching/modifying Chris Tucker's F12 DS12 ( http://www.ctmd.com.au/download.pdf) in CAD to make it an F16. Below is a link to some hull surface models. I raised the freeboard forward, and a bit overall, and faired the hull a little (probably just an artifact of my software). I like chines because they are simpler to build, but I really don't know how severe a performance hit one will take against a rounded hull. Hull beam is about 13.5" (350mm), they are right about 5M long... Any thoughts? Since I'm having fun, I'll probably proceed in CAD with the buildable model... Also, forgive me, I'm a total newb on this forum.... https://picasaweb.google.com/andersenpj/F16Concept?authuser=0&feat=directlink | | | Re: Homebuilt F16 options

Posts: 5,525 | Look at the wooden wings I posted and tell me what you think.
I would mount them into the cross bars, not the hulls.

I know that the voices in my head aint real, but they have some pretty good ideas. There is no such thing as a quick fix and I've never had free lunch!
