Tim if you drop the jib and crew you are changing your sail suit. According to class rules NOT allowed.

This something I will argue. If the F16 is equal both ONE and TWO up according to the class rules, and the PN committee dropped the uni rating because we are complying to our class rules we must comply and follow ALL the rules. None of this "oh I dont mind, sail as you wish"

We must follow each and every rule to the T, not selectively choose which rules we wish to follow.

Either we are all IN F16 or NOT. If we are IN, I say follow the rules. You sail Uni saturday you must sail UNI sunday.

One thing I am good at; which has helped me in my career and im sure same applies to you Tim. We do not interpret rules, we just read them and follow them.
