MNA like the Brits and USA conclude that we don't have a program. It's too late and cats should be dropped!
So, we can argue that we do have a prgram and describe it once again for them.
Or say the hell with it.
Or, Build the program that they want... This is the tough one. space, time, money, KIDS, JRS, College sailors , and sailors in the olympic pipeline are not there in the USA... Now the brits are saying the same thing and I thought they had a pretty good program.
