I thought the texel rating for a 1 up F16 was 100 and an F18 101. But what I'm more suprised at is that there was a draw for first place. Here at Mumbles if there is a draw at the end of a series of races then a count back would be introduced with the person with the most 1st being the winner, if there was still a tie then the person who had the better position in the final race would be declared the winner. Oh well, each to their own!!
Just had a quick look at the results, Under ISAF racing rules, when there is a draw the boat with most firsts wins, if they both have the same number of firsts, then it goes on to seconds etc. If they are level at the end of that, last race wins.
