My boat sits on the ground, mast up, at my club's "Hobie Beach" out on a skinny point for $180/yr & that includes a space in our parking lot for the trailer. I live 5 minutes away, and I keep my sails, etc... in a locker box next to the boat. So I can be on the water in just minutes from home or work.

You can get mast-up parking spaces for $50 to $100/yr. Club dues vary depending on your age and type of boat. Top-notch facilities, lots of racing & social activities; unfortunately not many cats, though.
