Our boats are mast up at our sailing club in Key Largo, Florida in the wintertime and same thing at our sailing club at Put-in-Bay, Ohio in the summertime.

In both cases we have to pay boat dry-storage fees in addition to the club dues.

At the club in Ohio, we just pay $100 flat fee for the whole season, which is basically from May through October.
At the club in Key Largo, we pay by the month, and I think it is somewhere around $30 a month (or less).
