The bag can be of any material- I have had a dacron bag and a Mylar/Kevlar bag and sticking didn't seem to be a problem (biggest "stick" is the "wad" of spi that tends to occur at the retrieval line attachment points as they enter/exit snuffer hoop), the E-O snuffers do use a stretchy type of mesh.
