Rolf, to me it looked like the spin block on the hull might need to go forward about 6" to get the leach to stop flapping, I don't think I have a leach line in it, only a luff line. It really only flaps when I'm trying to point, it might be blown out though, it is a year old and saw some high wind in a few regattas. Might be time for a new one.

I'm going to measure the pole for the 11.45 feet and try playing with the blocks, maybe hold the sheet forward and see if that helps.
