This car is bone stock '85...not much of a racer...more for looks, handling, and prestige. I did have a 1.2 Liter 1982 model that I made several mods to and had about 225hp. In it's day, it was a 5.0 killer (sounded like a lawnmower on steroids - but they quit laughing shortly after I took off and smoked the tires all the way to halfway through 3rd gear). I had two project cars that I wanted to turn into the SCCA show-room racers but gave up when I found boats. They're not much for gas mileage - about 18 around town and maybe 22-24 on the freeway!
